An English actress is suing Harvey Weinstein because she says he and his and company violated sex trafficking laws. Kadian Noble says in her suit that she met Weinstein at the Cannes film festival and that he promised to cast her in an upcoming movie. The actress says that the disgraced producer invited her to his hotel room to go over her acting reel. From there, Noble says she was sexually assaulted by Weinstein.
Noble is suing Weinstein, his brother Bob and the Weinstein Company saying they were all complicit in her sexual assault.

1. Noble Says a Movie Producer Told Her to Be ‘a Good Girl & Do Whatever Weinstein Wished’
In the lawsuit that Noble has filed, the actress says that Weinstein told her that “everything will be taken care of for you if you relax.” The suit continued saying that while she was in the hotel room with Weinstein, a movie producer spoke to her on the phone and told her to be “a good girl and do whatever [Weinstein] wished.” In a statement, Weinstein’s spokesperson has denied the allegations saying, “Mr. Weinstein denies allegations of non-consensual sex. Mr. Weinstein has further confirmed that there were never any acts of retaliation against any women for refusing his advances.”
Noble says in the documents that inside of Weinstein’s hotel room in Cannes, he massaged her and asked her to walk up and down for him. When Weinstein touched her breasts, Noble says she shouted, “No Harvey, no.” Noble adds that she “felt compelled” to go along with Weinstein because of the positive effect he could have on her career. When Noble tried to get out of the hotel room, she says he blocked the exit. Eventually, while trapped, Noble says Weinstein took out his penis and forced her to masturbate him to climax.
Weinstein’s brother, Bob, and the Weinstein Company is included in the lawsuit because they allegedly to failed to protect women against Weinstein’s alleged behavior. The lawsuit also alleges that it was known in the Weinstein Company that there was a group of women known as “Friends of Harvey.” Those were women were actresses who had allegedly had relations with Weinstein in exchange for roles.

2. Noble Attended Harvey Weinstein’s BAFTA After-Party in 2015
According to posts on Noble’s Instagram page, she attended Harvey Weinstein’s post-BAFTA Awards party in London in 2015. A Vanity Fair article from the time said that Weinstein’s party was held at the Little House, a private members club in London’s swanky Mayfair neighborhood. Also in attendance was Benedict Cumberbatch, Keir Knightly and Dominic West. The party was sponsored by Grey Goose and Burberry with tickets for the event being auctioned off for as much as $11,000. A photo on Noble’s Instagram page shows her with former Oasis guitarist, Noel Gallagher.
3. Noble Competed on Britain’s Next Top Model in 2010
In 2010, Noble was a competitor on Britain’s Next Top Model. Her official bio for the show says that she grew up in Birmingham, England, having moved to the city from Jamaica when she was 11 years old.
4. Noble Now Operates an Image Consultancy Business
According to her LinkedIn page, Noble now operates an image consultancy business known as Elizabeth & Noble. Noble’s acting career never seemed to take off with IMDb offering just one credit, an appearance in Riot on Redchurch Street in 2012.
5. Cops in Cities Across the World Are Thought to Be Working Together to Build a Criminal Case Against Weinstein
The Guardian has reported that a separate civil suit has been filed in the UK against Weinstein on the same day as the Noble suit. The newspaper adds that police forces in different cities across the world are thought to be working together to assemble a criminal case against Weinstein. The Guardian report says that the NYPD is investigating two rape allegations while the London Metropolitan Police are looking into three cases against Weinstein, in addition to the LAPD forming a case to present to the district attorney.
